I don’t know about you, but as much as I enjoy growing herbs I admit sometimes I can’t remember the best ways to use them in my kitchen! This chart from http://www.chef-menus.com/herb_and_spice_chart.html might help! Want to print out a copy? Click HERE!

  1. This is great! Is there a way to make it printable? My computer’s not anywhere near my kitchen…. :-D

    • Cindy, I’m doing that right now. Stand by and check back in a few minutes.

  2. Geri, thanks for working on making a printable version, but I wanted this NOW, it’s fantastic.
So I did it the old-fashioned way: point cursor at first chart and right-click “copy image url,” and paste it in a new window. Which is printable. Repeat for the other two pages. Worked fine.
Love this chart; thanks a lot — now all I need is advice on Tumeric;-)

    • Hi Lynn, I put the link to the printable charts up onto the blog (up near the beginning of the blog post) yesterday! Sorry you missed it.

  3. This herb and spice chart is NOT from deliciousdeliveries as mentioned above.

It is my original creation on my website:
    http://www.chef-menus.com/herb_and_spice_chart.html

I have requested that deliciousdeliveries either give credit or remove the chart from her website.

I would appreciate the same consideration here

    • My apologies. It is extremely important to me to always give credit for original content as I expect that courtesy in return. Was just going by the info I had. Of course I will correct.

      • Thank you very much for your quick response. I just sent an email thru your contact form, so please disregard.

I did assume that you were going on the info you had and do not hold you at fault.

As a web publisher, it is difficult to garner quality links and I get a little particular about such things. I’m sure you understand that

Thanks again. Nice comprehensive site by the way
